The Bill (Reg. No. 5018) restores the regulation concerning increase of a living wage for the persons entitled to the compulsory State social insurance by the rate of individual income tax since 1 January 2010.
Adoption of the Bill will render a possibility to calculate the rate of living wage with account for the rate of individual income tax, which will increase the rate of living wage for the employed persons and per individual.
Adoption of the Bill aims at the implementation of the resolution of the Constitutional Court of 22.05.08. №10-рп/2008 that recognizes amendments introduced by Paragraph 27 of Chapter II of the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2008 and Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" as non-compliant with the Constitution of Ukraine.
